I am working with a company based in central London who are looking to bring someone on on a full-time basis to head up their perm Ruby development team.
This is a growth role due the growth of their business so they are building out their engineering function.
This is the role for you if you are looking for some responsibility in the organisation and to have the opportunity to implement change within the company. You will work closelt with the shareholders of the business and will be involved in the technical decisions of the company working alongside the CTO.
In order to be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 3 years commercial experience working with Ruby, and then will also have several of the following skills (however, none are essential)
