  • Product modification
  • Data migration
  • Replacing legacy systems, where Dynamics 365 is chosen to do so

In your senior position, you will work closely with your peers to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. You will respond swiftly whenever your high expectations for outstanding customer service are not being met.

You will be accurate and concise in recording information, selectively deciding what you document to ensure outstanding customer service.

Change management and risk management are critical elements of good product ownership. You will be comfortable with identifying change requirements, issues and risks creating plans and working with your stakeholders to ensure that change is managed in line with the risk reduction activities you will have identified.

  2. You will deliver your elements of projects on time and to budget
  3. You will forecast Opex requirements and apply rigour to cost control
  4. You will keep accurate records and be ruthless in deciding what information is necessary, this includes critical documentation for supporting Dynamics 365, integration and customisations to ensure you are not a single point of failure
