Based in Holborn, our client are a Global legal firm, specialising in Commercial litigation. This role is to work within their IT team to build software to be used across their entire group.


WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As always with Blockchain roles, not too much information is available :). You will have the chance to join a small team, with only the tech lead in place right now (there is a large Data Science and IT Infrastructure team in place, but the Blockchain team has just begun). The tech lead is a master with Blockchain, so doesn't need somebody with huge amounts of Blockchain experience, though this is a nice to have. What they are looking for is a very strong JavaScript Engineer, with commercial NodeJS and ReactJS experience, and looking to work in Blockchain. They are looking for a proven Engineer, with at least 3 years commercial experience in the required technologies.

You will work with:

  • Node.js, Mongo, React / Redux, Angular, NPM, REST API's, 3rd party API's, Payment Systems (Stripe)
  • Smart Contracts: ERC-20 and ERC-721 and wrapped contracts, IPFS, Handling Metadata and Order Book Management / DEX experience.
  • Ethereum Blockchain: Geth, Truffle, Solidity, Ganache, 0x Protocol, Infura
