They are looking for two Data Analysts to join the Asset Management Team on a fixed term contract until 31st December 2020.  You will specifically be employed to provide cover for existing members of the team who will be part of a project group, working on the development and implementation of our new Housing Management System.

The Asset Management Team is focused on making sure our client can continue to operate and achieve their goals, by controlling risks and maintaining compliance with regulations. 

This is an important role in which you will:

  • Responsible for providing a highly professional service collating, cleansing, verifying, maintaining and managing robust asset data across the portfolio.

  • support the manager and ensure the effective capture, analysis, validation and management of data to meet the programming and planning needs of the organisation.
