Helpdesk Training Coordinator

Are you looking for a part time permanent role position which focuses around customer and help-desk support? Within the position the post holder shall be delivering their seven-step training process to their funeral director partners. The position will sit within a small office-based team where you would be supporting each other to provide an efficient service and customer support.
