  •  Previous experience of handling customer issues across Windows, MAC & O365 would be an advantage.
  • Customer Service is key to us as we work to strict SLAs with our customers, so you need to be conscientious and self-motivated. 
  • Experience in a similar role/environment.
  • Passion for all things IT

Hours of work are:

Our Service Desk is open from 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday and we have a rota system in place to cover these hours. (1 hour for lunch)

The Company
Our client has more than 45 years’ combined experience of working with charities, helping them raise over £100 million in fundraising income. They help charities raise money through their best-in-market services, which include charity raffles, lotteries, response handling, fulfilment & direct debit management.

The Role
As Business Analyst you will ensure the smooth, timely and successful delivery of business process and technical change specific to designated client accounts, in a way that is client and service focused so client feedback is exemplary.

About You
To be successful in your application for the role of Business Analyst, you will need to have / be:

  • Experience in a customer facing role (2+ years)
  • Exposure to an IT Development environment (2+ years)
  • Experience in the Charities Sector
  • Formal Business Analyst Training
  • Formal IT Qualification and IT Service Management Qualifications (such as ITIL)
  • Proven history of managing multiple threads of work at a single time
  • Able to travel and adapt to fast changing circumstances
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical and numeracy skills


Rewards
For the role of Business Analyst, there is a salary on offer of circa £25,000 to £30,000 per annum depending upon experience.
