You will be responsible for providing a first response to telephone and remote support requests and for that reason you MUST have excellent communication skills and be organised.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the 1st Line Support Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst (Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Team Viewer) will include: logging support calls and requests into my client's helpdesk ticketing system. Prioritising requests, communicating clearly with the users and escalating when necessary.
