The company

A leading provider of fixed income market data is looking for a Regional Head of Sales to lead and grow revenue in the EMEA region. My client is a reputable and successful business providing critical data to buy and sell-side customers globally.

The role

  • Recruit, manage, coach and grow the EMEA sales team
  • Plan and execute a sales strategy ensuring revenues for the region grow in line with overall company goals
  • Work with senior management and finance to devise and implement sales incentives and training strategies
  • Set objectives and quotas for the salespeople and drive performance
  • Ensuring there is a clear and accurate reporting system in place and provide regular pipeline and revenue updates to senior management
  • Support the salespeople with issue resolution and closing out deals

Requirements

  • 5+ years in regional sales management within the financial services sector
  • Proven record of growing revenues
  • Expert in driving performance from sales teams
  • Proven experience in developing and executing regional sales strategies

The role

  • Develop and acquire new customers in channel
  • Be the lead point of contact for account management
