- Proactively monitor and manage systems using the tools available

- Ensure all required documentation completed to the required standards, and required system monitoring is performed

- Support the automated system deployment for desktops, servers and the Citrix environment

- Provide Out of Hours support for the business, in line with the REST of the Group IT Department
