As a Client Support Associate, you will be helping to ensure that each of our clients receive an outstanding service experience from Kira. You will be troubleshooting and responding to support queries by taking an expert consultative approach to problem-solving by being proficient and comfortable in all the features and functions that Kira offers, teaching clients how to use Kira’s features, and occasionally conducting training sessions.

You will be working with our Systems, Development, and Sales teams and will need to understand our client goals within the scope of our offerings to ensure we achieve them. You must love working with clients and thrive on seeing them succeed.

As our client base is global, we greatly value flexible working hours, as multiple shifts are available.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Take ownership of client inquiries through responding, troubleshooting, and identifying issue resolutions quickly and independently
  • Participate in front-end QA for each new release
  • Teach new Kira users about our product via online training sessions

What You Bring 

  • A university or college degree and/or relevant work experience
  • Strong experience in client service or hospitality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
