Management Consultant - IT Strategy

An innovation and transformation consultancy are seeking IT Strategy Management Consultants to work with a global network of clients managing digital transformation projects.
Working as part of a team you will manage exciting projects across a portfolio of FTSE100 and Fortune 500 clients.

As an IT Strategy consultant, you will help organisations to define their IT strategy, design target operating models and deliver transformation programmes to create future-ready IT organisations.

You will draw on your knowledge of the principles of agile and lean as well as the opportunities that are possible through digital architectures, process automation, cloud infrastructure, strategic sourcing and artificial intelligence.

You will need:

  • 1- 3 years Management Consultancy IT Strategy experience
  • Knowledge of the general principles of information technology and technical/process experience in the following, is essential: IT operating model design, IT strategy development, IT service management, agile and lean
  • A passion for solving IT challenges
  • Experience of working with IT leaders or equivalent to define their vision and strategy

Our unique client releases new features frequently in response to feedback from their customers, so you know your contribution will have a meaningful and positive impact.

The successful Front End developers main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain web applications
  • Work in a team where continuous delivery is not only valued, but regularly practised
  • Analyse requirements, contribute to design, provide estimates and liaise with stakeholders
  • Share experiences, advice and techniques with your colleagues
  • Be innovative, challenge the status quo, and develop your ideas into reality

The successful Front End developer should have the following skills, qualifications and experience.

  • Experience using JavaScript frameworks, Node.js, CSS, HTML.

  • Evidence of an ability to participate effectively in a team environment and be able to work independently on allocated tasks to demanding deadlines.

  • Experience of the Leaflet mapping library would be useful.
  • Knowledge of the AWS cloud computing platform.
  • Experience with open source technologies.
