The Role - Electronics / IT Field Service Engineer

Following expansion, they seek to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Field Service Engineer, responsible for the service and breakdown repair on a wide range of sophisticated medical systems, utilised within theatres, NHS departments and private healthcare environments.

In this challenging and highly rewarding roles you will visit customer sites and provide customers with valuable solutions for troubleshooting. You will liaise with a whole host of external customer contacts, including clinicians from within the NHS and a range of private independent healthcare organisations and laboratories.

Your Background - Electronics / IT Field Service Engineer 

To be considered for this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate a background in the service of electronic / IT systems. Ideally this experience will be in a clinical or hospital environment, although this is not essential. You will have strong IT skills, a good undertanding of IT networks, impeccable customer service skills and have the ability to remain confident in customer facing environments.
