As an ITIL Security Service Desk Analyst you will act as the first point of contact for all customer technical issues and ensure requests/tickets are assigned and escalated as necessary, keeping the workflow well managed.
I am a security specialist looking to make contact if you have an ITIL certificate and experience with ITIL processes, as well as a great level of technical knowledge to triage effectively in line with SLA's.
Key skills for the successful Service Desk Analyst:
- Experience working on a Helpdesk / service desk function
- ITIL certified
- Knowledge of Networking - LAN, WAN, TCP/IPs
