Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Lead, to join their team as a Squad Leader.

As a Squad Leader you will work closely with the Head of Development to define the architecture, deliverables and timelines to meet the needs of a rapidly growing young business and lead your squad through the scrum process to deliver valuable software solutions.

This role would suit a naturally collaborative engineer looking to move into a leadership role whilst staying hands on. This role is working for the client and network owner and as IP Network Architect, your role is to build, implement and maintain our IP network infrastructure and services as a core pillar of our customer led strategy. Working in partnership with vendors and outsourcing partners this role will provide high performing and reliable solutions to meet our business needs.

Primary Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Develop and implement security processes, procedures, policies and protocols for network management
  • Explore, assess and share relevant knowledge on new and emerging technologies including Wi-Fi, small cells, Fibre and the use of DAS beyond distribution
  • Be part of the core technology team owning the long-term end-to-end network architecture working with colleagues from our group function to leverage expertise and capability.


The Candidates we want

  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi, small cells, Fibre and the use of DAS Telecoms systems is desirable
