Principal Software Developer / Engineer (Full Stack JavaScript Ruby .Net Java). Would you like to make an impact in a successful and growing start-up and enjoy a range of perks including flexible working?

As a Principal Software Developer you will provide technical leadership to a small team (approx. three Full Stack Developers) and work with the Product Lead to find the right technical solution to business problems working across the full technology stack from database through to JavaScript front end, producing well tested code. Requirements:
*Strong JavaScript design and development experience having used frameworks such as React, Angular or Backbone as well as well structured CSS (SASS and LESS) and HTML5
*Serverside development experience with at least one OO language e.g. Java, .Net and happy to use Ruby moving forward for backend web development / APIs
*Analysis and problem solving skills
*Collaborative with good communication skills, happy to do remote Pair Programming and work in an Agile way
