Desktop Support Engineer- Desktop Support, Server,2nd/3rd line Support

My client are a Private Healthcare provider who are currently looking for a Desktop Support to join their rapidly growing team. I this role you will be leading a small team of Engineers dealing with the day to day support of the business as well working with the Head of IT on multiple Projects across the business. You will be responsible for assigning support tasks to members of the team and leading the team on how to deal with any incidents that occur. You will also be the point of contact for any incidents that the service desk are unable to resolve. You will work closely with the Head of IT on multiple projects ranging from roll-out of new software and hardware solutions to supporting the whole companies IT services.

Our client, one of the most recognisable retailers in the UK are searching for a PLM Logistics IT Programme Manager (BOM, PLM, Retail, IT, Logistics) to come in to join their transformation programme in West of England.

Working within the Supply Chain & Logistics transfomation directly under the Head of IT Delivery, this PLM Logistics IT Programme Manager (BOM, PLM, Retail, IT, Logistics) will have extensive experience of managing end to end supply chain and logistics deliveries including Product Lifecycle Management Systems (PLM) and Billing of Materials (BOM)

The successful PLM Logistics IT Programme Manager (BOM, PLM, Retail, IT, Logistics) candidate will have a solid background in supply chain and logistics and have particular experience in the following areas:

  • Able to design the delivery process for Supply Chain projects specifically around Product Lifecycle Management systems (PLM) and Billing of Materials (BOM)
  • Strong knowledge of process analysis including documentation for solution designs

The Responsibilities of a Marketing Manager:

  • To manage the effective delivery of marketing campaigns for Central London developments to UK and overseas markets, provide marketing strategies to the sales and marketing director and regional sales team, and manage the marketing agencies activity at a regional level
  • Ensure the brand and individual development brands are well represented in all relevant locations - Online, selling agent's offices, hoarding and signage.
  • Manage design process of all marketing collateral including CGIs, development models, brochures and manage approval process.
  • Work closely with external design agencies to develop bespoke marketing campaigns for UK and overseas launches.
  • Manage the supply of relevant material and drawings in order to effectively deliver brochure content and floorplans, CGIs, scale models, photography and signage
  • Coordinate the production of event and exhibition collateral for Taylor Wimpey Central London and associated selling agents in the UK and overseas

The successful applicant will train to become a specialist in Ecommerce website wireframing, prototyping and UI design. You will create semantic, user-friendly, accessible cross browser / device website templates using HTML5, CSS3/SASS and JQuery.

The ideal Web Designer will have worked at a web agency or on a freelance basis developing sites for friends, family or local businesses.

You will ideally have experience covering graphic design, web design, hand coded HTML5, CSS3, ideally some experience writing CSS for responsive layouts (mobile), jQuery (working with plugins and writing basic scripts from scratch). Any experience working with CMS and / or ecommerce platforms is of interest, but not essential.

Required skills:

- Experience of HTML, CSS and JQuery is essential.

- A keen interest in eCommerce or willingness to learn

- A portfolio of websites or web design projects that show your skills
