My client works in partnership with businesses to deliver secure and compliant IT and Communication solutions. They are looking for a 3rd Line Analyst with a proactive and preventative approach to delivering technical solutions.
This role is primarily office based but may also require visiting customers offsite mainly in Essex & Kent but potentially across the UK, so a driving licence is needed.
What you'll be doing:
- Work as part of the Service Desk team and independently
- Assist with the management of projects including domain / office 365 migrations

The team will provide visibility and control of information risks for the client and will support the 24x7x365 nature of the clients operations, providing a threat detection and response capability for digital services before, during and after cyber attacks.

Responsibilities
  • As a leader of a Cyber Incident and Threat Response team you will coach and support a team (1st line of response) in responding to immediate security threats
  • Responsible for the next level of escalation for technical incident response 
  • Detect, analyse, investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents using a combination of cutting edge technology and a strong set of processes.
Skills
  • Knowledge of various security methodologies and processes 
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Incident Management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of offensive security including attack methods and techniques.
