The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering the end-to-end eCommerce platform. You will gather and refine requirements from other Product Managers and stakeholders, developing these into ideas and proposals for improving the eCommerce experience. You will translate business requirements into product specifications, liaise closely with internal and external partners, developing new features or adding additional eCommerce products. Furthermore, you will monitor eCommerce trends, best practices, pricing and competitive consumer experiences.

The Product Manager will integrate usability studies, user research data and competitive analysis, whilst also driving product development execution including daily scrums, planning, maintaining product specs and backlog. You will effectively communicate the product roadmap and feature release schedules to stakeholders and senior leadership. As the owner of the eCommerce platform, you will work closely with a range of stakeholders, technical partners, developers, designers and Digital Marketing Managers.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills / experience:

  • A proven track record of having worked as an eCommerce Product Manager / Technical Product Manager
  • Business, technical and user experience knowledge
  • Proven eCommerce experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in Product Management / Development of digital mobile services, eCommerce or TV
  • The ability to balance between functionality and a good user experience and product design
  • Experience working with business model and value proposition canvas to test and communicate product value
  • If you have a degree in Computer Science / IT / Business Studies or a similar subject this would be an advantage
