As Operations Manager you will be on the senior leadership team and reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing Engineering, Customer Services and Supplier Management teams.

You will be required to drive service excellence, define operational performance standards, streamline business processes to enhance performance and provide efficiency's whilst developing a high-performance culture. Your leadership, influencing and relationship building skills must be complemented by hands on approach to manage changes and you will have a natural talent for motivating and getting the best out of the teams working under your direction.

Excellent salary between £60,000 to £75,000 per annum depending on experience .

Car allowance of £6000 per annum

End of year bonus scheme

PMI & Pension after qualifying periods.
