This is a customer facing role and will involve on-site support and training to existing customers and potential new clients interested in the clinical microbiology diagnostic instrumentation. You will be responsible for full product demonstrations (in support of a Sales & Business Development person); new product instillations, training new system users and dealing with any technical support issues or assay development.

This is a highly technical role and requires candidates to be strong communicators with a proven background supporting clinical/biomedical Instrumentation. Candidates will come from a Microbiological or Biomedical Sciences background and must have hands-on industry experience with clinical microbiology; ideally degree qualified or with equivalent experience.
