The successful candidate will be working with the IT Manager in developing and maintaining the network of PCs, services and thin clients.   • A basic knowledge and experience of working with Linux operating systems
  • Familiarity with open source software
  • Comfortable working from the command line
  • Experience and ability to build computers and matching correct componants
  • Excellent service skills

Senior IT Business Analyst

The position will be working for a multi-million pound organisation that is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst who has previous experience delivering enterprise projects from design to implementation within enterprise infrastructure estates. Ideally the chosen BA will have worked alongside Architects, Information Security, Process Analysts, Delivery a Test teams.

This is a 6 month rolling contract paying £525 per day for Senior IT Business Analyst who has strong experience delivering SaaS solutions within an infrastructure/telecom environment.

Role responsibilities:
The chosen Senior IT Business Analyst will be a key interface between the vendor product/solution, IT change, data/integration teams and the business, to provide effective business analysis outcomes. The role will require an energetic, hands-on approach, with high levels of engagement across other IT system/integration teams, Transformation programme teams and process/data owners within the business. Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst will work alongside internal and 3rd party design teams during design, build, and test and transition phases. The Analyst will be responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements and their acceptance criteria, ensuring full traceability from requirements, to design, to test.

Core experience for this project:
• A proactive analyst focused on task completion meeting tightly prescribed deadlines.
• Exposure to SaaS environments within IT Infrastructure or Telecoms.
• Understanding of estates management including Electronic Communications Code 2017
• Identify critical system and integration needs to support the new solution implementation.
• Develop an understanding of processes and associated tools and resources that support Sites business groups.
• Elicit, document and manage requirements to support solution design and service operation needs.
• Analyse requirements and package them for phased delivery by a variety of delivery teams.
• Develop and maintain appropriate documentation to support traceability from requirements to design and design to test scripts.
• Agile exposure.
• Support an iterative solution design approach and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Certifications:
