Demonstrable experience of successful collaborative relations to achieve area and business objectives

Extensive leadership and people management skills and an ability to build, recruit and develop high performing teams

Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships across UU and influence key leaders at Director and Senior Manager level

Strong commercial management skills and experience, and a demonstrable track record of managing third party suppliers to time, budget, and quality outcomes

A strong financial understanding acquired through budget management

Knowledge of a regulated Utility company

Strong strategic thinker able to ensure projects and programmes are aligned to the overall company strategy for systems thinking and the associated digital strategy and roadmaps
