You will receive a 3 month contract with a chance of an extension. This opportunity is working for a nationwide private sector organisation. You will receive a daily rate between £165 - £175 per day.

A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on a project with their HR function, based on SAP HCM and Successfactors 6 month contract based in Hatfield to start in February.

A contract resource is required to act as a Solution Architect/Senior BA on a programme of work transforming our HR Function to support organisation growth. This role requires a strong background in HR processes and systems and a working knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. Experience with SuccessFactors Recruitment or Compensation modules specifically, would also be advantageous in this project. This role will be responsible for working closely with the programme team in delivering the optimal technical solution.

The role of a Senior Business Analyst spans the traditional disciplines of solution architect, business and systems analyst and of project manager. The role is therefore varied and challenging, and gives the job holder the opportunity to take full responsibility for their project.
The role reports to and will be supporting the Service Owner for Group Business Services Systems.

Role and Responsibilities
Ensure that development is consistent with the defined specifications and that cross platform requirements deliverables are aligned effectively, to ensure smooth interaction between systems.
Strong background in HR project delivery, including SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Strong integration skills; working knowledge of middleware and adept in writing interface definitions.
Senior IS business analysis skills – to interface between business stakeholders and IS development teams, to elicit, challenge, prioritise and document requirements.
Take ownership of a successful end to end system test, before managing the business test cycle through to a positive conclusion.
The jobholder will be a core member of an agile, dynamic focused project team driven by business change. They will be working with internal IS staff, business programme managers, and third party suppliers.

The Ideal Candidate
Experience of HR processes (employee lifecycle).
Experience of application development projects on SAP (particularly HCM) and non-SAP platforms
Experience of the SuccessFactors and Recruitment and Compensation modules specifically.
Integration experience/experience in cross platform development projects
Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills
Highly analytical in their approach, with close attention to detail
Pragmatic, resilient and innovative in problem solving and issue resolution
Confident operating at both the broad strategic level and in detail
Strong personal ownership and highly delivery focused
The role will require occasional European travel (mostly Germany)

Provide Desktop IT support to macOS users of a large financial organisation. Experienced 1st – 2nd line macOS support engineer. Resolution of requests & incidents received via a service desk. Providing direct face-to-face support to demanding and technically competent developer and design macOS (Mojave) end users. Maintain effective working relationships with other customer resolver support teams, other Head Office areas and external service providers. Identify potential improvements in how technology can be used to support the business. Hardware (Mac and PC) stock management and inventory. Build and deploy Mac and PC hardware including component replacement/upgrade. Installation and configuration of macOS and PC software. Participate in testing new applications and hardware as required. Communicate effectively with key business users regarding day-to-day support.

Must Have Requirements- Extensive knowledge and hands-on/practical experience with macOS, macOS 10.12 (Sierra), macOS 10.13 (High Sierra), macOS 10.14 (Mojave), macOS 10.15 (Catalina), JAMF / Active Directory administration.
