We are currently working with an AIM listed business looking to recruit a Finance Reporting Manager. The company are market leaders within their niche technology space and continue to enjoy continued strong growth.

Your new role

As Financial Reporting Accountant you will work closely with the Financial Controller, Director and CFO to control and communicate financial performance. Key duties include:

• Project manage the delivery of the year end audit, interim results and liaison with the auditors
• Preparation and review of technical accounting papers in accordance with IFRS15
• Oversee AP, cash management and treasury
• Work with external advisors to submit tax returns with a focus on specific tax credits related to the companies sector
• Preparation of statutory year end accounts
• Other ad-hoc projects as required by the CFO and the Finance Director

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ideally a Practice trained ACA Accountant with strong statutory accounting skills. Knowledge of IFRS 15 plus some exposure to acquisition and M&A work is beneficial. You will also ideally have some experience of managing staff, this role has 2 direct reports.

What you'll get in return
A basic salary of £60,000 plus 10% bonus and pension. There is also a subsidised canteen and fee gym. This is a great organisation to work for and are based in superb offices.
