I’m working with a leading provider of Reference and Market Data who is looking for a successful Product Manager to join their team and manage Ref Data, Capital Market Data Warehouse and Distribution Services. You will need to have an in-depth understanding of the nuances and complexities that surround Capital Markets Data. You will work closely with operations and technical teams build out the product roadmap.

In the role of Product Manager you will lead on the Reference Data product helping to define and deliver the product road map and work closely with Development and Sales team to prioritise client requirements. You will be expected to have a clear understanding of the major market protagonists and be able to understand the competitor landscape and trend to maintain your foothold as the leading provider of Capital Markets Data technology.

Key Skills and requirements:

A leading provider of middle office, derivatives software for investment banking and brokerage clients is looking to recruit a Technical Account Manager to join their growing team in London. My client is one of the top providers of this type of derivatives technology and includes some of the biggest names in investment banking and brokerage.

They are looking for a candidate strong Infrastructure (CISCO, Networks, API, TCP/IP) background with knowledge of ETD derivatives (OTC will be considered), who has worked in a client facing environment.

As the Technical Account Manager (Derivatives, futures, options, ETD, OTC, on-boarding, integration, SQL, FIX, CISCO), your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as central point of contact for client on-boarding / integrations projects
  • Support the pre-sales process using your business and technical expertise
  • Define new and ensure current KPIs are measured religiously and reported together with adherence to SLAs
  • Project planning
  • Attend client meetings /conference calls to discuss issues, on-boarding, product usage etc
  • Identify and communicate up-sell opportunities
  • Perform technical integration of the products

• Provide Tier 1 support; Logging, managing, investigating and resolving incidents • Be responsible for the whole lifecycle of the tickets • Cover support on products such as but not limited to; Umbraco CMS, Sitecore CMS, plus Trillium’s own platform solutions ? Admin user support for content management tasks, e.g. rich-text editing, media management, permissions, publishing, etc. 
? Basis HTML and CSS support for content editors 
? Provide deployment and hosting support – ability to pin-point issues and methods of remediation, e.g. DNS related, performance, availability, security, etc. 
? Be fully engaged in the scheduled managed delivery of ongoing projects, such as deployments and minor change requests..

 

Requirements 
 
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems (Umbraco 6+ and Sitecore 8+ preferred) ? Administration ? Content editing; user permissions; media management 
? User training and guidance • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge ? Understanding of structured mark-up and inherited properties • Knowledge of hosting environments and dependencies ? Differences amongst development, UAT, staging and production environments 
? Use of tools to identify issues, e.g. ping, DNS lookup, etc. • Good general understanding of an interconnected digital ecosystem, which includes websites, external data sources (e.g. CRM), automation systems and related integration methods, e.g. APIs • Basic knowledge (at least) of Google Analytics
