-Manage an existing subscriber base ($750k book of business) and work to ensure subscribers are satisfied with our products and renew their subscriptions.
-Consistently work with sales directors on chasing leads and helping close deals.

The Business Analyst works alongside the development team and is responsible for creating and supporting products that provides research and analytics to our clients. The BA will work closely with the business and technical teams to define business needs or create new business opportunities and implement innovative solutions that meet business objectives.

  • Work collaboratively with the Product Development, Development, Project Management and QA teamsIdentify and analyze external client and partner business needs, and translate needs into business requirements and value-added solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and processes
