The role of the 3rd Line Support Engineer would be to act as an intermediary between their internal support desk and their outsourced Infrastructure Support provider. Due to an increase in activity, my client is looking for a forward thinking Senior Marketing Executive to work closely with the campaigns and CRM team to create customer journeys and effective customer segmentation to ensure higher levels of engagement and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and optimise lead generation that impact all stages of the customer journey
  • Build and deploy operational and survey-oriented campaigns
  • Manage pre and post certification promotions including nurturing campaigns, geo-targeted emails, and the referral process
  • Train and enable the sales team to use Marketo Sales insights functionality to aid prospecting efforts
  • Create and implement standard operating procedures for Marketo; for example, naming conventions, reporting, campaign costs, file systems, etc.
  • Create and maintain customised landing pages to support marketing automation efforts
  • Provide technical support for regional marketing managers, ensuring all campaigns are of high quality and delivered on time

Personal Profile

  • Hands-on experience creating and delivering successful customer-centric email campaigns and automated programmes.
  • Experience gathering, interrogating and using data to inform campaign plans
  • Experience gathering and capturing requirements.
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud or Pardot is an advantage.
