The successful Application Support Analyst will work within 50 people strong technology function sitting within the Application Support Team. The role is to provide 3rd line application support on all systems used throughout the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Application Support team collaborating with the wider technology teams
  • Administer and maintain core products and solutions
  • Install and upgrade in-house and 3rd party applications including testing, troubleshooting issues, documenting configuration and procedures
  • Assist in the maintenance of day to day operations of production, test and development environments and solutions
  • Research and review 3rd party upgrades, new products and add-ins and provide recommendations for business use
  • Monitor systems to ensure optimum performance and recommend changes where necessary
  • Assist the project team testing and deploying product and solution upgrades
  • Provide 2nd/3rd line application support
  • Keep track of upgrades and developments related to key solutions

Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of IntApp Time & Walls
  • Knowledge of legal applications; BigHand and iManage
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365/2010
  • Experience in a Windows 10 enterprise environment
  • Understanding of SQL 2012, 2016 and SQL scripting

You will be responsible for Adobe Analytics implementation in Adobe Launch, managing tagging and data layer specs whilst liaising with a development team in the US for JavaScript work. You'll deep dive into data, generating actionable insight (Adobe Analytics) and use these to fuel data driven decisions across the business with senior stakeholders. You'll set up regular reporting and build dashboards, ensuring teams are using your insights.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- You will be a web analytics expert with previous experience in Adobe Analytics
