You'll be working on a brand new team within the business, and you'll have a balanced role across of the whole end to end process - wireframing, prototyping and designing cross-platform projects using User Centred Design methodologies.
As a Senior UX Designer you will run with projects from start (brief/wireframe) through to developer handover.
What will you do:

  • Champion responsive and app design within the team
  • Brainstorm concepts, create mockups, finalise direction then translate into intuitive designs.
  • Synthesise user feedback to increase engagement across mobile and webplatforms both inside the app and out
  • Think strategically about the future of the product to ensure we are going in the proper direction


Skills/experience:

  • Extensive experience in user experience, information architecture and/or interaction design.
  • Skilled in Adobe Suite, Sketch, InVision
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating experience in leading or managing the design of complex systems across multiple platforms, including mobile and touch-based interfaces.
  • Experience in product development is a bonus.
  • Ability to ideate fast and explore multiple routes to solve a problem.
  • Experience in preparing and conducting user research and usability tests
  • Knowledge and curiosity about technology and its impact on design solutions
  • Self-motivated, proactive and ability to take feedback are also must-have qualities
  • Atomic Design experience
