You should have demonstrable end-to-end analytics project lifecycle experience, strong SQL querying skills (SQL Server). Any experience of R would be advantageous. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end analytics projects:

*Business understanding - proactively capturing analysis requirements and defining success metrics
*Data understanding - identifying and validating sources of data
*Data preparation - extracting, merging and cleaning data from a variety of sources
*Data visualisation & modelling
*Communicating clear recommendations and action plans to stakeholders

Key skills/ Experience:

*Demonstrable end-to-end analytics project lifecycle experience with a track record in being able to spot opportunities and drive them through to delivery.
*Passionate about data analytics. Technically self-sufficient with a desire and ability to research and pick up new tools and techniques quickly.
*Very strong SQL querying skills (SQL Server). Experience with R, would be an advantage.
*Experience of manipulating large quantities of high-dimensional data. Ability to extract, clean, and combine data from a variety of sources and ensure high levels of data quality.
*Ability to work independently from the Data Analytics manager finding your own solutions to problems.
*Ability to visualise data effectively.
*Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly at all levels of the organisation.
*Ability to quickly gain knowledge of the company and understand the business. Previous experience of the telecoms industry would be a significant advantage.
