To defend against the increasingly intelligent challenges presented to our organisation and customers, we're looking to grow our capability by appointing a brand new IT Security Engineer with operational and technical expertise who will help to deliver our mature and robust cyber security strategy.

Your new role
You'll join a team of highly experienced IT professionals and will report directly to our IT Director. You'll be tasked with developing new methods and technical solutions to effectively manage risk and defend against cyber-attacks. You will utilise your technical knowledge to review existing information security processes and deliver improved technical solutions. You'll interact with senior stakeholders daily with the unique opportunity to influence strategy across the entire organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll display a real passion for technology and information security. Your technical background will cover network or infrastructure engineering, including implementing and maintaining IT security solutions. Your knowledge of system and network security protocols will be grown extensively in this role and we will support your development and learning with on the job training and certifications.
