Route 66 covers 2000+ miles between Chicago and L.A.

A good road trip isn't just the destination. It's the journey.

Neon signs, rusty middle-of-nowhere truck stops and all the fun and drama of kitschy Americana along the way.

Similarly, software developers love a good journey too.

Going from point A to point B, C and finally Z.

Solving interesting problems, taking ownership and enjoying all the fun and drama of accomplishing something truly amazing along the way.

Like the journey of this ambitious company in Portsmouth, who are dominating in the biggest market in the world.

After hiring a top-level CTO, they're on a mission to re-engineer, re-architect and refactor an Azure-based platform that handles millions of transactions daily.

He believes in shipping well engineered, high quality products without compromising on code quality.

His two dev teams lead themselves from inception to deployment, they choose their capacity, plan their iterations and drive the innovation for the company.

Which works so well; they're now planning a third team and looking into new markets.

You'll tackle challenges like utilising AI into the platform, implementing Machine Learning over a massive dataset and setting up an automation strategy that strives for zero downtime deployments.

So, if you love a journey, apply now.
