Manpower are looking to recruit experienced support engineers to join our Client on an initial 6-month contract in Erskine. Opportunities are available for those with 2nd line experience with the ambition to progress into a 3rd line role as well as those already working within a 3rd line environment.

Working on a UK Public Sector account you will provide technical support and guidance across a variety of different user access devices and operating systems. You will remotely support office users across multiple sites throughout the UK as well as home or remote workers in the field.

Your day will be varied and involve dealing with application testing, widespread global policy/ active directory amendments and security patching within an End User Compute environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience of MacOS and knowledge of the following:

  • Intune
  • Office 365
  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • Software Delivery Tools: SCCM/ Intune
  • Powershell
  • Software packaging

Certification in Windows 10 and Office 365 would be desirable but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have a pro-active approach towards problem/ incident resolutions in test and live environments. As a strong communicator you will be confident engaging with customers and stakeholders at a senior level.

You will work on a rotational shift basis between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday with no weekend or on call work.

We are looking to hold initial interviews at our Client site on Wednesday 11th & 18th March 2020.

Please note this role will require BPSS clearance, any associated costs will be met by Manpower.

My client, a leading Insurer based in Manchester city centre has an immediate requirement for a BI Developer with strong SQL coding skills and full exposure to MS BIDS.
To be successful in this role you will need to be extremely comfortable in working with large volumes of data, from various data sources with particular expertise in SQL Server.
You will have an excellent knowledge of T-SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS and SSRS. You should also be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders, working with members of staff up to Board level. They are ideally looking for a specialist of PowerBI or another data visualisation tool.

Ideal experience for this position:

Strong experience in designing and building BI solutions
Stakeholder Management working with team, implementing solutions
Experience in the maintenance of Data Analytics platforms
A confident communicator.
BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI)
