The goal of Consumer Risk and Finance, Treasury and Liquidity team with CIO organisation is to ensure that we approach problems in a cross-functional manner and deliver sustainable solutions to support our data, technology and process transformations across Consumer Credit domain (BUK & BI). The business case and opportunity to simplify the Technology landscape, reduce the number of bespoke solutions, decommission legacy applications, harness our data to optimise the way the business utilises information is compelling and critical to the Firm’s regulatory and internal strategic objectives.

What will you be doing?


• Requirement study for arriving at set of data attributes/elements for Model Building (MRDs).
• Data analysis, mining and derivation of Model Data attributes.
• Define, Design and implement Machine Learning Flow
• Build a knowledge base of the application within the organization.
• Inputs to the functional document creation.
• Create solution as per Barclays standards
• Socialise solution with relevant stakeholders
• Oversee detailed design, build & testing activities
• Reviews & Sign-Off by Model Owner and EDA

What we’re looking for:


• Sound techno functional knowledge of Machine Learning and ML model implementation
• Sound knowledge and experience on ML Libraries (Python, DASK, LightGBM, SHAP, MMLSpark)
• Strong experience on Big Data and Hadoop Ecosystem
• Hands-on query tuning, optimization and rewriting to fetch humongous amount of data

Skills that will help you in the role:


• Credit Risk, Lending, Fraud Domain experience
• Hands-on Spark, Scala and R Language experience
• Ability to provide E2E solutions on Model Building, Training and Implementation

Job Title Telephony Support Manager
Location Northampton 


We are now looking for an experienced Telephony Support Manager to join our change delivery portfolio team in Northampton.  You will be responsible for the performance, stability, and availability of the Strategic contact centre platforms across Barclays. 
You will be an integral part of the team supporting the Development & Implementation Manager in the development and performance of all aspects of call routing and telephony infrastructure across the Global Telephony Estate.

What will you be doing?


Analysis of telephony routing in the contact centres to ensure optimum contact delivery
Through analysis, recommending options to develop the core telephony programme that will include communication of the impact of the proposed local changes on the performance of the contact centres
Identify, champion and manage technical opportunities to develop and improve planning/telephony solutions through a controlled change management process and be seen as the centre of excellence in providing service level management
Investigate any areas of under-performance or post incident remediation activities, acting at speed to rectify the situation, proposing solutions to key stakeholders engendering a partnership approach.
Manage and own BAU processes within the team ensuring performance, compliance and reporting in maintained
Deliver and manage the implementation of change into the Business ensuring no impact to business or customers 
Providing regular and timely assurance reports to stakeholders within Barclays, as well as other interested parties, on any aspect of the telephony estate


What we’re looking for:


Contact centre experience (AWS Cloud Based Services, including AWS Connect, Avaya CM, Aspect Cloud Based services, Verint Call-Recording (or similar application)
In-depth knowledge of telephony, call routing & customer experience management within the call centre environment
Knowledge of core concepts of contact centre planning including Analysis and reporting of contact centre performance.
Project and change management experience with an understanding of process & control management


Skills that will help you in the role:


Detailed understanding of all core telephony components used within Barclays group 
Focus on continuous improvement

Job Title Telephony Support Manager
