You will have test management responsibilities dealing with release and functional testing, developing test plans so the product is fit for purpose and will make lots of happy clients. Working closely with the development team, you will be helping them devise tip top software for release, testing along each step of the way in the full software development life cycle.

On the release side of things you will take ownership of daily testing and volume of bugs generated. You will provide regular reports so all the team can see any issues with software before it is released.

You will have a methodical mindset for test planning, have experience of Sitecore for instance, have sound communication and people management skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.

With regular salary reviews, an extra day holiday each year and a good salary make this a very tempting opportunity.

Becoming a Peripatetic IT Technician with Capita - IBS Schools

As a Peripatetic IT Technician you will have experience in IT support within the school environment, to provide technical support to our growing customer portfolio.

The role is for a peripatetic technician, travelling to several schools each day within Worcestershire and surrounding area.

What you'll be doing:

* Provide scheduled technical support and maintenance to your own set of schools.

* Lead and assist on larger installations in schools in line with documented project plans.

* Provide reactive IT support as required, including telephone support, remote support, and site visits.

* Work closely with other departments of the IBS Schools Team including Broadband, procurement, websites etc.

What we're looking for:
* Providing support to IT users on current operating systems and applications including installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and training on a variety of hardware.

* Working with servers to provide resources to users, including file storage, email, security, backups etc.

* Setting up and maintaining networks, both software and hardware.

Must have full UK Driving License
