  • Ensuring Customers/Service users are greeted accurately and directed to the correct Point of contact

  • Supporting Compliance with audit and internal controls

  • 2 years’ + experience of working in a busy Customer focused environment.

  • 2 years’ or more experience of working in an Educational setting.
