Proact IT are looking to recruit a Contract Manager based within our Chesterfield office.

Starting Salary £30,000 subject to experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating between key stakeholders (commercial, operational & legal), delivering to deadlines and effectively project managing each contract requirement to achieve the required outcomes for the business.
  • Working between teams to resolve issues and negotiate outcomes.
  • Maintaining authoritative database of supplier and customer contracts and relevant metadata including variations from standard terms
  • Carrying out first line contract reviews and negotiating terms with both clients and suppliers, escalating risks for approval in accordance with company contracting guidelines
  • Coordinating with the purchasing team re approved terms for suppliers and customers
  • Dealing with adhoc queries relating to existing contracts
  • Ongoing analysis of existing contract database and periodic reviews of compliance with existing contract terms.
  • Work with the sales forecast to proactively ensure customer terms are addressed for unsigned customers.
  • Managing the contract drafting and revision process for the company’s Managed Service contracts, including:
  • Putting together initial drafts
  • Coordinating the different teams responsible for updates

  • Updating CRM contract tracking information
  • Managing contract execution via e-signing tools

Experience profile:

Minimum of 2-3 years in a Contract Manager Position or similar role. Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and working to deadlines. Familiarity of the IT or Telecoms industry is preferred but not essential.
