 The Operational Communications (OC) Team is responsible for the business-critical voice communications systems (currently Airwave TETRA) used by front line police officers, control room staff and partners across UK nuclear-licenced sites. You will assist in driving project activities and understanding stakeholder objectives. • Provide general support to the business on an ad-hoc basis around project work.
• Experience managing IT projects incorporating Risk Assessment and Contingency Planning to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to user satisfaction.
• Manage calls, tasks and incidents in line with SLAs.
• Actively partake in the 24/7 365 on-call system providing support for critical IT systems.
