We are looking for a responsible Service Desk Co-Ordinator to add to our talented Service Desk team, who can effectively communicate with customers face to face and on the phone and will collaborate with the team to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Performing a key customer interface role in the Service Desk team, you will use your strong customer interface skills to communicate with customers primarily on the telephone and face to face. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, maintaining and improving our current customer satisfaction rate, keeping customers updated throughout the lifecycle of their case. Using your commercial awareness, you will be up to date with developments in the market place and company objectives, being able to identify key competitors and customers. As a successful and continuously growing company, this role will enable you to gain future development. Graduates and commercial employees welcomed but not necessary.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
