We are Chip and we're on a mission to build the best app to help our users to put money aside to enable them to do more with their money.

We use cutting edge tech and AI to shake up the slow, stagnant and old-fashioned market.

We’ve built a clever app that makes stashing cash easier, faster, and smarter. It makes your financial goals happen automatically and gets you feeling good about your money.

We’re growing fast, and we have some very exciting plans. So we need an Operations Analyst to help us make them happen.

You’ll be responsible for monitoring the product functionality, investigating bugs, working with CS team, setting up queries and ad hoc data analysis whilst working alongside the product, CS, marketing and engineering teams to make sure the users are getting the best experience possible.

As we grow, we will be adding more people to the team. This will allow the successful candidate to refine their role.

What you'll do:

  • Determine areas of improvement within the app.

  • Monitor functionality and third parties.

  • Assist CS in providing the best customer support they can.

  • Perform manual tasks to ensure functionality is working as required.

  • Identifying, investigating and resolving client account discrepancies.

What we’re really looking for:

  • Microsoft Excel - Basic to Intermediate

  • Willingness to learn and drive efficiency

  • Numerate with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Proactive with our core value “Make it Happen” in mind

  • Fast learning, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately

  • Smart, with the ability to find solutions independently

  • Has worked in a tech environment before

Although we’re in the financial space, and with the scrutiny that comes with it, the current team works well together, and even sometimes with a smile. We’re sure you’ve got the technical skills, otherwise you would have stopped reading by now, so let us be clear in what will make us want to work with you.

We want a real person, with cool interests, to join our work family. You could be a dancer, a gamer, a musician, a parent, a hockey fan, or even that one person that still writes Twilight fan-fiction. Doesn’t matter to us.

PERKS

  • £11 per hour

  • 2-month contract

  • Start date ASAP

Our Interview process:

  1. Phone Screen with someone from our Talent team
  2. Take-home technical test
  3. Face to Face interview with the hiring manager

Dear aspiring co-founder,

I founded Bottomless Brunch about a year ago. It's a marketplace that connects bottomless brunch goers with restaurants that offer the service. The business has a fully functioning MVP, generates revenues every single day and it's recently already ended up on Google's page #1 for "bottomless brunch London" and other very relevant results.

I am now looking for a co-founder that could take over from me and run the company and take it to the next level. I offer equity (10-30% depending on experience) and no salary (but you can draw down dividends, again they happen every month).

I truly believe that in 12-18 months time this business can be a fantastic platform generating tens of thousands of pounds every month with virtually zero costs. Bottomless Brunch is a massive trend that is continuing to grow every single year.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Best,
Michele

REKKI: Business Development Rep

Who is REKKI?

REKKI is an app that makes ordering between restaurants and suppliers easier, more efficient and more accountable. We see it as our duty to reimagine the supply chain for the food industry. We believe independent restaurants are fundamental to society - they provide a space to connect and actually talk to each other - and we work to make them sustainable businesses.

We are obsessed with the people who work to feed us. As a team, we spend a lot of time with people in the food industry, eating their food and listening to their stories. We love the grit and determination, the sweat, the wild stories, and the banter they have to share. These people work tirelessly so that others can indulge in experiences and expand their horizons. We build REKKI for them

What will you be doing?

Working as part of the Inside Sales team at REKKI, you will be responsible for engaging with world class chefs and restaurants over the phone, demonstrating the app and wowing them with your knowledge and ability to relate to the issues in the hospitality world that REKKI can help solve.

You will be tasked with :

  • Making customers aware of the app.
  • Generating leads and opportunities.
  • Canvassing established customers.
  • Providing information.
  • Conducting market research.
  • Selling our free products and services to new or existing customers.

You will be an integral part of our global expansion as we launch within new markets and acquire new users in existing. If there is proven success, there is scope to build and mould your own team.

What do I need?

To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a huge drive for success. We focus on numbers and have high KPIs we require you to meet. You have a history in over-performing and are considered best in class.
  • Experience. You class yourself as fearless over the phone and have experience managing accounts remotely.
  • Exude passion. You are infatuated with the restaurant industry and obsessed  with improving the lives of the people that work in it.
  • Crave a challenge. You like pushing boundaries and going the extra mile. You are ambitious and highly motivated.
  • Highly confident. You are comfortable networking with different types of people and finding ways to collaborate with them to help launch and grow REKKI.
  • Consistently take initiative. You are confident in working with limited resources under tight deadlines, and not afraid of going into the field on the ground level. Constantly changing environments do not phase you.
  • Have an international mindset. You like working with a range of people from around the globe. You speak English fluently but additional languages are a plus.

What do you offer me?

  • Competitive salary.
  • Opportunity to revolutionize the supplier <> buyer relationship in the hospitality industry.
  • A position that offers a variety of career and resume building experiences.
  • Exposure to a team of smart, passionate  people at one of the most exciting and best-funded early stage global startups.
