Senior Software Product Support Engineer:

  • Proven experience with setting up and supporting cloud based installations (AWS ideal but Microsoft or Google cloud experience also considered)

  • Linux/Unix/Windows operating system configuration
  • Network protocols including TCP/UDP/HTTP, managed network switches and DHCP Server and DNS configuration
  • Ad-hoc coding in scripting languages useful

THE ROLE

The role will own the Data & BI transformation as well as leading the team through to becoming a modern and successful data function. Management responsibility will be for a small team, where you will be the lead when it comes to reporting, delivering insight to senior stakeholders (Power BI) and based on your success, hire an analyst in the future.

Main duties include:

  • Lead company wide Business Intelligence & Reporting
