Customer Service Technology Business Partner is required for a leading award-winning financial services company who are going through huge IT change and transformation.
As Customer Service Technology Business Partner, you will be the key point of contact to help manage technology risk, drive technology innovation, accelerate technology enabled change and ensure solid technology foundations are in place to support effective operations.
We are looking for an exceptional communicator that has first class stakeholder management skills and has the ability to communicate both technical and non-technical language.
The successful Customer Service Technology Business Partner will have:
- In-depth understanding of technology and digital marketing trends;
- Experience of managing and delivering technology enabled digital innovation in financial services / or customer services operations;
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and financial skills;
- Strong change management and organisational skills;
- Effective at managing a broad technology and its use in delivering pragmatic, cost effective business solutions;
- Effective transformation of business divisions.
Duties for the Customer Service Technology Business Partner are:
- Act as Intelligent Customer working with stakeholders to define service levels and manage expectations for technology capability;
- Ambassador into nominated areas promoting vision, values, services and capabilities;
- Act as an advocate into Group IT ensuring technology alignment;
- Recommend new and innovative technology solutions;
- Support technology delivery plans for group lead activity;
In reward you will be paid a salary of up to £60,000 p.a. dependant on experience, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, amazing pension and private medical insurance (plus more).
