Marketing Automation Specialist - Salesforce Marketing Cloud

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be heavily involved in taking ownership of the strategic and technical operations relating to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.A main part of the role would be to work with a Marketing Automaton Manager and a team of Marketing Automation Specialists to build out complex customer journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This organisation is one of the few Salesforce customers that has adopted interaction studio to their suite which is part of a new and interesting project you will be a part of.

Key Skills

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a professional setting
  • Experience using a wide range of studios and builders available on Salesforce Marketing Cloud such as Email studio, Journey builder
  • Some knowledge on some of the more niche Marketing Cloud studios such as Interaction studio and Advertising studio
  • Good knowledge of coding languages such as SQL for querying data and using AMPscript for setting up content blocks and personalisation within emails
  • A Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification would be ideal but not essential!

The company itself are a well-established market leader in their industry and have many long-standing relationships with FTSE100 level organisations. This organisation are very heavily invested in Salesforce technology. This is demonstrated as they are currently working with a high-level Salesforce partner to implement Interaction studio which is technically very few Salesforce customers have the opportunity to work with.
