Role: You’ll work closely with the CEO and have opportunities to be involved in all aspects of the business. Your focus will be operations, reporting, client service, sales and accounting. Once up to speed with your core responsibilities, this role will give you opportunities to get involved in other aspects of the business including social media, influencer marketing, email marketing and content creation.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operations: Ensuring smooth day to day running of the business.
• Sales: Prospecting for new B2B customer and helping onboard new accounts.
• Client Service: Managing client relationships across B2B and B2C.
• Record Keeping: Invoicing and inventory.

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers. 
• Highly organised, enthusiastic, high-energy achiever with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively, function independently, and contribute to a team.

The User Acquisition Manager will work as part of the marketing team, managing multiple user acquisition and engagement campaigns. The position’s primary objective is to grow the company’s user base by optimizing creative performance marketing campaigns across various third party networks and social channels..

This is a key operational role that requires a unique balance of creativity, analytical thinking, effective communication/negotiation, and business development. The User Acquisition Manager must be able to drive performance at scale while developing and growing strategic business relations. The ideal candidate is of Type A personality with acute attention to detail and unyielding creativity. 

**The ideal candidate will:

- Plan, manage, and execute performance-based user acquisition across various advertising channels.
- Develop content strategies which leverage existing marketing distribution channels such as email, push, bots, and product features.
- Analyze data and optimize campaign performance based on LTV and ROI evaluation.
- Effectively communicate goals and strategies internally as well as externally.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance on a regular cadence.
- Foster new and current relationships with advertising partners.
- Identify new partner, platform, and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance.
- Develop best practices and define key KPIs for managing success.
- Stay up to date on latest user acquisition trends, shifts in market dynamics, and emerging platforms.
- Coordinate with 3rd-party tracking and attribution partners to ensure accurate end-to-end funnel data.
- Take lead of your own portfolio of advertising networks.
- Have immense drive, a strong entrepreneurial instinct, desire (and tough 
  skin) to work in a startup environment, and know when to seize an 
  opportunity
- Be an excellent communicator with superb written and spoken English 

**Qualifications

- 2-3 Experience in similar position

- Degree in marketing or equivalent experience (or graduating soon).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a penchant for negotiation.
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and spoken.
- Passion/knowledge about games is a must.
- High-level proficiency in Excel and working with large data sets (advanced functions, pivots, etc.)
- Blend of creativity and analytical skill with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving.
- Basic SQL and/or Programming Experience is a huge plus. 
- Basic graphic design skills and good eye for design is a plus. 
- Comfortable presenting complicated material to diverse audiences; strong ‘soft skills’.
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and prioritize work to meet specific deadlines required.
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
