A leading investment management company based in the city are looking for an enthusiastic, technically minded IT Security Analyst/ Engineer to join the business within a position where you will report directly to their Cyber Security Manager and will be pivotal to the investigation of all security alerts and issues and identification of a resolution.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Security Analyst with a willingness to learn and develop to join a leading organisation within a position where you will work closely with the Cyber Security Manager and develop upon your existing skills within the position.
The ideal IT Security Analyst/ Engineer will have:
- Essential - Previous experience within a Security Analyst/ Security Operations Analyst or similar position
- Essential - Understanding of infrastructure & network technologies
- Essential - Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff
- Essential - Willingness to learn and develop
- Desirable - Ability to script in Bash/ Python
- Desirable - Experience with threat protection/ behavioural analytics
