Our client is looking for a 3rd Line Network Support Engineer to be part of the Infrastructure and Network team to implement, operate and maintain a wide range of network and security systems. You will be delivering multiple projects with varying technologies in an exciting competitive environment, with exposure to a wide range of emerging technologies. The role will involve Network Designer so you will need to evaluate and design as well as implement core transformational changes to our network infrastructure. The role will administer technical operation of the LAN/WAN including configuration & deployment, monitoring, maintenance & troubleshooting, auditing and log management and upgrade and support of all network systems including routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN and VOIP.

The right candidate will have:

  • Strong technical grounding in a wide range of technologies and IT services
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills - Able to analyse problems and conduct effective fault diagnosis and system recovery
  • Good understanding of the commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the network and security operations
  • A varied IT related background is desirable, multi data centre enterprise environments with branch office deployments, virtualisation, Cloud, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS, including but not limited to AWS, Azure.
  • Devise new approaches to make improvements and/or solve problems

My client are searching for a Data Analyst to help with the launch of their FTTH service into new areas and to report and monitor this growth on a daily basis. You must be able to turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.
 
 
Key responsibilities:
 
·Extract, interrogate and analyse data from multiple sources using a mixture of existing data extraction routines and ad-hoc queries
·Maintain and update various Excel-based management information reports
·Prepare exhibits for board reports
·Produce ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required by the Head of Sales
·Identify and develop opportunities for improvement
 
 
The following skills set are essential:
 
·Proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
