The role will be to deal with all data requests from the business and producing reports/analysis to Stakeholders. Search Consultancy's private sector client are recruiting for an Application Support Specialist located at their premises in Braehead, Renfrew.
As second line of product support any incidents that the Support Desk are unable to resolve will be passed to the Application Support team. The Application Support Specialists role is primarily to restore service to the customer in the shortest time possible based on the priority/severity of the incident. What you'll need to succeed in this role is strong technical ability in software support, expertise in SQL and fantastic customer service ability. Being able to communicate with clients/customers is absolutely paramount.

As an Application Support specialist - you wil coach the customer andl have the skills and ability to demonstrate that you can:
