A helpdesk position has become available with an immediate start on a temp to perm contract, my clients are a large facilities management provider with a huge client portfolio and are based in South East London

The candidate will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic worker with excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.

You must have helpdesk experience and have worked for a service provider before.

Responsibilities of the helpdesk:

  • Being the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls.
  • Prioritising urgent jobs.
  • Issuing PPM’s
  • To provide a proactive and professional helpdesk service to internal users at Head Office
  • Supporting the Helpdesk by logging calls, supporting and reporting back to the end users.
  • Working between 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday Taking inbound calls via help desk from outlets.

Qualifications or Required Experience:

  • Experience in a similar position would be beneficial
  • Must have had experience using concept or maximo
  • Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues and user
  • A committed team player with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent administration, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A good working knowledge of IT with experience of using Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a similar position would be beneficial
  • Ability to handle conflicting workloads and to work under pressure.
