Why you will be responsible for:
  • Support client Onboarding for all external client facing FX products starting from connectivity through production trading.
  • Direct interaction with the external clients to deal with client queries and liaise with appropriate internal team to get resolution
  • Monitor and support eFX applications and resolve/escalate any production issues with help from eFX product and engineering teams.
  • Work alongside the eFX Product and Development teams to improve the stability of the eFX platform
  • Ensure that operating procedures are strictly followed for all onboarding and/or support functions as requirement to comply with internal and external regulations.
  • Ensure that the business unit operates in compliance with internal and external regulations and that escalation procedures are followed
  • Ensure that all procedures, systems and controls are regularly reviewed and in line with the risk profile of the unit
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple time sensitive tasks at hand.

Project Manager, Controllers - GAO - FP&A, VP
Drive end-to-end program/project management activities for a portfolio of projects aligning to Global Accounting Office, Controllers and / FP&A business areas. Primary objectives of this role are to plan the project activities and drive delivery and post-deploy support in order to achieve the target business outcomes while helping ensure project costs, timeliness and resourcing are aligned.

Duties
  • Program/Project Management - including the pre-execution phase of planning with our business and technology partners
