The team…

You'll be part of the newly created SPW Technology & Engineering function and report to the Head of Technology Programmes & Change. You’ll have a small team reporting into you and collectively will act as the bridge between Technology & Engineering and business line change services, you’ll also be responsible for crafting and delivering IT Change initiatives on behalf of the business itself. You’ll be leading initiatives to identify business process or operational opportunities/gaps that can be greatly improved with the application of technology. Your team may also be responsible for leading aspects of delivery, monitoring progress, risks and issues etc. within change programmes and provision of meaningful insights on the position of the overall transformation programme via tools such as roadmaps.

What you’ll be doing…

  • You'll have a strong command of conducting analysis with the very best tools and SaaS providers such as AWS, Azure and Google.
  • You'll have experience with creating metrics to assess the success and quality of a solution.

  • You'll have excellent communication skills and the ability to tell stories with data.

Providing a professional, effective and customer focused collection service, whilst following a set contact strategy that ensures we put our customers first.
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, the successful applicant will be collecting payments from customers, logging disputes and complaints, processing vehicle recoveries, whilst also making referrals to our Customer Priority and Legal team when appropriate to do so.
To be successful you’ll need to be able to demonstrate previous strong customer service experience with good communication skills, the ability to manage difficult conversations, discuss financial matters and recognise when customers are either vulnerable or in financial difficulty.
